If you submit claims through a clearinghouse, please notify your clearinghouse that APS/ACS is the new Maryland Mental Health ASO.

• ACS EDI Gateway accepts X12N 837s from any clearinghouse that signs a submitter enrollment form and Trading Partner Agreement with ACS EDI Gateway.
• All providers the clearinghouse submits claims for must fill out a provider enrollment form and Trading Partner Agreement.
• All clearinghouses must test with EDIFECS first and then can start testing and submitting claims to the ACS clearinghouse.
